Very handy for Donington Park for BTCC race day and coming from the direction of Melbourne meant we got into the circuit Main Entrance in the morning without getting stuck (a friend coming from the motorway spent an hour in traffic).
Comfy bed and room was large with nice hot shower, tea and coffee making in the room and toiletries.
We also ate there in the evening and service was friendly, food good and recommend booking as there was only one other table free.
All the staff were friendly and working hard to make our stay pleasant.

Thank you for such a pleasant stay Beverly. You really have thought of everything from make up removing cloths to gluten free toast in the mornings. It's so nice to stay where the host clearly cares about guest experience. The place was immaculate and very homely. I will certainly be back :-)

There is a pub and a pop-up shop a few days a week so basic needs are taken care of. Being so close to Ashby is a benefit and the the village is nice to amble round of an evening and there is a pleasant walk to Ashby.
