Staff friendly, room lovely eventually after we were moved as i had originally booked a double then upgraded to a twin with antiques but that hadnt been changed...my daughter and i were moved to a lovely comfortable family room.

THE GREETING WAS POOR RING THE DOOR BELL TO GET SOMEONE. THE ROOM WAS NOT AS EXPECTED THE SHEETS HAD NOT BEEN IRONED THE PILLOWS WERE LIMP. NO HEADBOARD, NO WARDROBE JUST A POLE STICKING OUT OF A DOOR. THE WASH BASIN AND SHOWER WAS DIRTY, NO GLASSES OR TEA SPOONS. FOR A SUPER KINGSISE ROOM, MY OWN KITCHEN IS BIGGER. IT DID NOT LOOK LIKE THE PIC'S ON YOUR WEB SITE. WE DID NOT STAY WE WENT TO PREMIER INN AT TUNBRIDGE-WELLS ROOM 402 IF YOU NEED TO CHECK £114.00 FOR THE NIGHT.
