I have stayed down the road in Novotel London west ( Hammersmith) over 200 times and wish I had stayed here sooner. The hotel is new, modern, very clean rooms, nice bathrooms, great bar and restaurant with decent food. Everything that the Hammersmith Novotel is not - will definitely return.

The staff is very friendly and the toilet in the room is not shared with others.Although it is not too far from the center or the metro, it is walkable, it is certainly quiet and we were able to get a very good night's sleep. The bed was very comfortable. The fridge surprised us because we had food that was supposed to go there.

We used for an overnight stay at T3 transfer. Easy to reach, we used UBER (£25 and £12)- all other choices seemed to be slow or expensive. The room is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen an the bar will wit your needs - great menu and drink selection, many displays to watch sport events, spacious lounge area just to talk. Teh neighbourhood is correct for a short walk - that I really valued since after many hours of flights walking on fresh air is really refreshing. A huge value over hotels in the terminal.
