Great staff excellent customer service really lovely puppy friendly hotel. Superb breakfast. No one rushed us and couldn’t do enough to help. Lovely comfortable rooms. Really enjoyed our stay and will book with them again if in this region again. Thank you to everyone who made our stay and our mother who has mobility issues so comfortable.

The hotel was in a very good location, particularly as the purpose of our visit was to go to the living museum.
It was nice to walk to the nearby bar and the huge shopping centre.
The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
We had a lovely welcome from the receptionist on arrival and my husband received a birthday card and a voucher for a free drink in the hotel.
We upgraded our room which cost £50, as this included breakfast for both days it was worth it.
We also enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi and found that the pool and changing area was very clean.

Good location for all the local attractions shortly drive away.

It’s a pretty old, small Manor House. Rooms are reasonable sized. Lots of parking. Very close to Kinver village.
Buyer beware on this one!! The hosts required a photo ID up front, and demanded a 100 lb deposit by asking for banking information in spite of the fact that they already had my credit card. There are lots of good accomodations out there to choose from. No need to risk so much on one or two nights stay. And communication was non existent. The only communication I received was notification that there was no refunds, and could I please forward my banking information. What??? In the United States we call that a scam!!

This isn’t a hotel. Probably more equipped to air b&b.
This isn’t a hotel. Probably more equipped to air b&b. The price reflected this. If you want to stay in a hotel, then pay hotel prices.
Was absolutely fine for me. Got off road parking, had a kitchen to use and had a great nights sleep.
I would use again!

I think the pub down stairs is friendly enough and they serve carvery and buffet breakfast. Unfortunately the room, although at first glance looked ok, was are damp and in need of repair, when your friend says 'Is it raining indoors' you probably know its not the best place to stay again. quite noisy next to a road and bright at night. maybe ok for a really cheap stay when you've been out and don't care to much. good supply of tea and coffee in room just not the most appealing, I wouldn't book again.
