I have marked everything as poor for the following reasons; This was a confirmed booking, I emailed the owner a few days before and I spoke with the owner on our arrival date before traveling, on arrival there was no key so I contacted the owner who said he had now cancelled the booking and emailed myself and Booking.com. Booking.com have confirmed they had no email and neither did I, very bad way to treat people.

The hotel did the job nicely for a couple of days. The rooms are reasonably basic but have everything that you need. Plenty of space, hot showers, tea/coffee, clean and comfy. The breakfast is functional - nothing standout but it does the job. Nice location next to the lake if you want to go for a walk/run and easy to park.
