The grounds are really beautiful and a lovely space to relax in. Glyn the gardener was charming and very interesting to speak to about the planting and maintenance he has done. We were in the newer part (a dog friendly room) which was pleasant, a friend had a room in the main house which was gorgeous and atmospheric.

The character of the hotel shines through, and the rooms we had were spacious and had great views. The beds were exceedingly comfortable, the pillows perfect and the shower great. We only ate one night in the hotel, but the food and service from the young team was excellent. The grounds, and the location to Bath, make this an ideal place to relax.
