Staff were very friendly and allowed us to check in early. The room was comfy, clean and inviting. Fantastic value for money, especially with cooked breakfast included with a great choice of food.

Pool was lovely. No obvious towel facility for hotel(although next day staff said it was ok to borrow a towel) Need £1 for the locker(no prior warning for this)

Location was in a lovely area, railway station was 5 minutes in the car from the Hotel one slight issue was that we couldn't get a taxi, but it was Grand National weekend so it was very busy in the area Breakfast was fabulous, all cooked to order with top quality ingredients Hosts were very attentive, friendly and very kindly dropped us at the Station due to no taxi being available :):)
