Quiet location. Very good shower. And although the beds were left as a kingsize layout, reception soon organised a change to twin bed as ordered (within 30 minutes of asking). Breakfast amazing!

Convenient, cheap, quite comfortable. Good location close to town centre but easy to park.
Plenty of milk and teabags provided. Rooms are quite compact so need to be friendly with the person you are sharing with! Storage was ok for a couple of days. Coat hooks existed.
Café next door is owned by same people I think? There is a small discount for guests, and it is a good café. £6.50 for avocado and poached egg on toast is quite reasonable these days!

Because we arrived late in the afternoon it was difficult to explore the area. However the location has plenty to offer, walking, The River Bure,
narrow gauge railways, interesting market towns, the coast and of course the jewel that is Norwich and its long history.
Forget the rush and bustle of large cities just enjoy the clean air, big skies and a slower pace of life but no reduction in quality
