From the moment we stepped in the door the lady on the desk was absolutely lovely and very helpful she set up the bouncy castle just for my son he was delighted as he didn't think she would as he was the only child around at that time, the dinner was delicious, for breakfast there was a number of options pancakes, croissants, cereal, fruit, yogurt and hot counter with sausages, bacon etc. The beds were very comfortable. The swimming pool is heated so it was really nice they have floats, pool noodles and beach balls for the kids to use. Over all we had a fantastic stay I'd definitely recommend this hotel if you have a car to travel as it is 15 minutes away from the town and any shops so a car would be needed as I didn't see any bus stops around.

Hotel tired, needs refurbishment
Bathrooms outdated and not very safe
Shower curtain rail not attached very well, plugs in sinks not there , stepping out of bath floor was so slippy with floor bath towel on it, not sure if tiles or whatever product was attempted to wipe floor.
Carpet in room stained
Crack in wall that really needed addressing
Breakfast at weekend not very well organised, tables full of crockery and coffee machines not working properly

The hotel was very central for everything we wanted to do in Belfast, right opposite City Hall, and just around the corner from hop on hop off bus. The bar was beautifully kept and we were in close proximity to plenty of bars with entertainment. The first room we stayed in was excellent, very well set out and close to the lifts, but the second one e was dark and had a partition wall between the bed and bathroom, which meant we had to leave the bathroom light o all night.

Nice enough. Slightly dated and the bathrooms were not the best. Water pressure was awful and the shower had seen better days.

There’s plenty to do, it’s only 10 mins from the city centre of Belfast. Be careful of the bus lanes though, it’s a hefty fine if you drive in them! Thankfully it’s only 20mph in the city, it gives you time to decide which lane to be in and stay out of the bus lane!!
the property was disappointing in cleanliness and stature … I expected the touches of a 4-5* hotel to give a lot more
the staff upon arrival were distanced and dismissive …
but the whole experience was saved by a friend of the owner who was working that weekend as the hotel was short staffed - she was kind generous friendly and remarkably helpful … had it not been for her the 24 mini-break would have been very disappointing
The grounds are gorgeous, the staff where great (Tracey inparticular at reception) was lovely, rooms are spacious and clean, the spa is incredible, the tennis and food you're not going to be bored at this hotel, very good me and my partner will be back esp for them showers 😂😜
Use of pool was a real bonus - the children loved it. Staff could not have been better. Given COVID, the hotel did a great job of making everything seem as normal as possible.
The only think I didn’t like was we were put in a room beside a boiler or heating it made a lot of noise I was surprised as the hotel wasn’t busy . Breakfast was grand
