Room was nice but lack of electrical sockets in the right place and limited headroom due to sloping ceiling , bathroom cramped and cold. It was inexpensive so good vfm

Good location. The hotel lobby, dining area/bar area/breakfast area were all very comfortable and tastefully done and all of my interactions with the staff were courteous, polite and professional. As for my room (Exec Double); it was well decorated with nice furniture, and was of a good size. The bathroom was also sizeable with a large walk-in shower. The bed was just firm enough for me… not too soft and not too hard, also with soft, puffy pillow. The room has a fridge, tea/coffe making facilities, with iron/ironing board, TV with a good choice of channels. With regards to the location, one is within a 3-5 minute drive into town, if that. Other locations within a short driving distance, are Chalfont St. Peter, Amersham, Beaconsfield. Access to major motorway networks such as M40, M25, M4. From Gerrards Cross train station, it is 20 mins into Marylebone on the straight through/fast service. Lots of places to walk in the surrounding area. Within 30 minutes one can be in Windsor, but I’d suggest taking the road route through Stoke Poges and through Slough, thus avoiding M25/M4 traffic. All-in-all, the Bull is a nice hotel indeed.
Pinfield Boutique Hotel offers accommodation in Slough. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property and free private parking is available on site. You will find a kettle in the room.

Exceptionally nice place to stay. Private, quiet, safe, plenty of parking (free), beautiful bedroom (though not large), bathroom (quite large), separate lounge area for guests (which we used to read). And the room was pre-warmed prior to our arrival. And hugely important was the proprietor was on-site and showed us to the room and explained things. We originally picked the location (Slough) as it was easy to get to Heathrow for a flight the next day.
Recommend :
Merlins Cave gastropub. (Private Parking in rear of property.)

Staff were great, beer and food on point and a great comfortable bed with a decent sized telly which made a change! Helped that the staff were polite and helpful at all times.....Only problem, the wifi only extends to the actual pub/restaurant area and bathroom area could do with updating/modernizing but overall great value for money and would have no hesitation in staying again

Lovely small village.
Lovely small village. Easy access to motorways to west or north. Plenty of great restaurants writing short distance. Access to London from Amersham straight forward although metropolitan line sometimes unreliable.

The room was huge as was the bed! Really comfy although slight on the tired side. The staff were so lovely and really helpful! We arrive before we could check in (as was going to a wedding) and knew we would be back at the hotel after check in would be closed, but they were able to accommodate us and gave us the key to the room so we could get jn when we got back. The pub was nice and breakfast was really tasty, wish we're able to have dinner there.
Super staff, bar team were welcoming and accommodating- even accommodated 4 non resistants for breakfast (2 adults 2 kids) thanks to the team and Yin.
Yin (manger) took my hotel feedback and issued a refunded our 4 non resident breakfasts, and couldn’t it have been more apologetic. We have used the WH many, many times. It’s conveniently placed and typically offers a room and venue that’s ideal for what we use it for… See comments below ..
The breakfast was excellent. We didn't eat dinner. Best described as a nice English pub in style. The room we stayed in was in a block away from the main Hotel. Might be difficult in the rain, but also meant the rooms were quiet. We booked here because we were meeting friends close by, but it is very handy for London, Heathrow and the M25. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pub has a large off street car park.
Absolute hidden gem and worth the effort to find and stay the night
Hats off to the chefs, who put every effort into creating mouthwatering meals. The potted crab is heavenly. Fresh bread, perfectly crispy bacon... every dish is stunning.
Rooms are clean, bed is soft, coffee in the rooms is quality.
The hotel/pub itself is quaint, always something that catches your eye and is full of rustic charm.
Breakfast and menu and cooking in the evening were fantastic. A delight to eat an English menu again. The chef is top class. Room was very nice and very warm,if one wants, which is a very rare exception in all hotels these days because of ridiculously high energy costs which are totally unnecessary.
The thing that makes this place is the staff. Every single member of staff from welcome to checkout was so friendly and helpful. Good value comfortable lodging in Buckinghamshire. Handy for local attractions, Heathrow, Harry Potter Studios etc. Nice pub with good menu and food. Beds comfortable.
