This little hut has literally everything you need including lots of little extras. It was so much more pleasant than staying in the usual airport hotels. It was clean, comfortable and really well equipped. Communication from the host was superb and she even sent a video of how to find the hut and where to park.

Booked parking (8 nights) and room for 1 night with holiday extras and room for 1 night with booking.com. Both exceptional value. Taxi to airport was a fixed £17.50 and very well organised. Even had tracking provided as to how long the taxi would be. Very friendly staff and excellent food. If you're on the 2nd floor the shower takes a while for the water to heat up. Lovely rooms.

Stay before early flight the following morning. The hotel was beautifully situated in picturesque surroundings.
The bar had a large selection of drinks even stocking the more rare spirits.
Plenty of choice in the restaurant

Booked this hotel for convenience of closeness to wedding venue, found out day before wedding we had been relocated to Europa.
This hotel wasn't convenient at all and stank to high heaven of mould and smoke.
Wouldn't recommend to anybody.
Only bonus is staff were friendly.

We like the hotel in general for the location ambience and grounds. We do not like being put into attic rooms every time we stay at the hotel. Heat is very noisey or as per this stay AC controls don't work. The room lighting is always very poor i.e. in 216 you either have to all the central lights on or no lights for desk and sitting area.

Excellent staff, good sized room and lovely grounds with fields especially for dogs to run off the lead. The food was good and I am sure would be even better if eaten in the dining room rather than our bedroom!

They advertised the hotel as being 3 miles outside Gatwick Airport - It was more like 30 miles! Not easy to get around as there is no facilities in the immediate area i.e. restaurants/bars. Bar closed early 10.30p.m. although advertised as closing at 11 p.m. even when people were still asking for drinks.
Fabulous breakfast cooked to order. Hostess kindly served pot of tea for a business meeting. Everything is so well organized and run. Among the best places I've ever stayed anywhere. I had no car so I walked into the local village for dinner where locals very friendly. Note: pub kitchens close early. Also, the narrow road to the village at night has no sidewalk/pavement so bring a flashlight and watch for cars. Shuttle from GTW airport worked well.
I love this hotel and stay here frequently - its clean and well decorated and has a lovely old world charm about it. Easy parking and set in lovely grounds. The staff are always helpful, friendly and kind. Food and drink is very good - recommend the cheese board and also the Beer battered cod and chips. Breakfast is good value and vey pleasant.
We had a lovely room with great bath as well as shower. Everything was clean and there were lovely touches like toiletries provided and fridge with fresh milk.
Great breakfast and the host was really helpful in arranging suitable times.
Situated in a quiet village with local pubs for food and great location as close to Gatwick airport.
Absolutely beautiful hotel. Price was VERY reasonable. Staff were amazing, making sure we got dinner (lovely dinner, as well) even though we arrived past restaurant closing time.
Terrific place for those who are flying out of Gatwick or just looking for English countryside beauty. Less expensive but twice as nice as an airport hotel!

It was a refreshing change to spend a pre-flight night at the Gatwick Hideout rather than a hotel. It is a fantastic space, very quiet, very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. And great communication from our very accommodating hosts!
Room was big. Hotel area is typical English countryside, quite remote (beautiful green area, but a car is needed to reach the hotel; we had a rented car). Dinner was quite good as well as breakfast (breakfast is served, no buffet). Free parking.
Location to Gatwick is fabulous and for less than a hotel room you can have a fabulous space for a couple, family of four or 2 couples. Great facilities, comfy beds and lots of little extras, including the gorgeous dogs who came to welcome us.
Great location, booked for airport parking and it was great place to leave the car.
Staff were courteous and helpful.
Hotel had been beautifully renovated , wish we had gad more time to xnjoy it.
Lovely place to stay for an airport stopover - much better than a typical airport hotel with no soul or ambiance. It was hard to believe we were within 10 minutes to Gatwick.
