Very convenient overnight stop , just off the A303. A lovely old coaching inn converted to a comfortable hotel. We had a lovely modern room and couldn't fault the choice for breakfast . We ate in the hotel in the evening and that was also very good.

The owners had lots of quirky ornaments around the hotel. It was pleasing on the eye. the staff were super friendly all the time. our room wasn't ready but we were taken to the bar and given a complimentary drink while we waited 10 minutes. The staff interactions with all the guests was fantastic. There was a wedding party there and they couldn't do any more for them. we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Breakfast in the morning was a continental buffet and the food was lovely. plenty of choice. we would come again.

The staff was absolutely the best. Very friendly and accommodating. Lex, Shannon and Jason were delightful and extremely helpful. The breakfast was outstanding and I am now a fan of the English breakfast! The place was charming and quiet. It gave me the feel of an old style cottage in the English country side. Whenever I come to Salisbury I will be staying here. The pricing makes this place a great value and worth it for sure.

Staff were all friendly and helpful. I had an early start on the Saturday before breakfast so I was provided with a take away bag which was full of food which was much appreciated. Room was comfy and the hotel quiet I ate in the hotel both nights and the food was good on both occasions Location was ideal for Thruxton Motor circuit which was my purpose for staying.

all in all the best overnight stay of our UK round trip, a nice hotel, great garden, huge parking place included, close to the highway, but still a quiet place. Restaurant serves well tasting dinner and breakfast. Room was clean, huge enough for our family - and last but not least the staff is open-minded, helpful and really friendly. We felt welcome!
