So overall let me be honest , for 90 pounds a night no working wifi and having a room with faulty electrics and a steep set of stairs to get into it when it is classed as a ‘family room’ is not the most viable option for those who need it. Positivity the bedding and bed was comfy enough and the tv provided was of a good standard, location was good for the kassam stadium Credit to the housekeeping man who was helpful in the circumstances during our stay to the best of his ability.

Room was nice and had a balcony, although we couldn't use it as the weather was terrible. Went down to have a very nice meal in the evening in the bar area, food was really tasty and you got plenty of it. Breakfast was good and plenty of space in the restaurant.
