Condor Green is a good location to visit the nearby city of Lancaster and its castle, priory and the Williamson Gardens, it is also only a 15 minute drive to the interesting market town of Garstang with its canal walks, castle ruins and Wrye river walks. The Stork pub at Condor Green has friendly bar staff and a warm welcoming atmosphere serving good food using locally sourced ingredients. On the canal walk from The Mill at Condor Green to Glasson Dock it is possible to see local wild life , farm animals and many birds including swans and kingfishers.

This is a fabulous place to visit. The staff are excellent. They make you feel as if you are coming home!! The food is excellent. Although we all took a walk along the tow path of the canal we did not look at the surrounding area. This is something we must do in the summer. I would say anyone staying here would have a brilliant time.

I stayed here because a relative lived close by and we were celebrating a birthday so this was not a holiday in the true sense. I know Conder Green well and it is very quiet and useful for walking particularly canal walking. Easy reach of |Glasson Dock and Lancaster. Ate at The Mill for convenience. The room we stayed in this time was not as nice as one stayed in previously and had a very tired bathroom with a shower over bath that was not very powerful and had a damp smelling shower curtain that stuck to you whilst you showered.
