Nice village shop. Friendly people. We went a run up Strathconon...a trip down memory lane for us both. We had eaten a large lunch at Dornoch on the way south, so took in snacks from Tesco in Dingwall. Plenty of places to eat in Dingwall and Strathpeffer.

Given that we had a budget twin room I felt it was excellent value for the money we paid. The room had facilities we didn’t expect such as a microwave, fridge and cutlery which would allow you to cook meals in your room which would be a bonus as there are very few places for eating out close by. Rooms are lovely, the place is old, but fabulous, and it is a lovely place to linger all day.
