We were very pleased with the location of the pub, easy to...
We were very pleased with the location of the pub, easy to find and very attractive looking facade. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were funky colours which made a nice change from plain grey, and the bed linen was exceptionally nice. ….duck feather pillows and good quality white linens, and a very comfortable bed too. We had a nice meal in the restaurant and a few drinks in the bar too. There was plenty of choice for breakfast, the only error was that the poached eggs on avocado toast were hard. But we would definitely recommend a stay, we really enjoyed it. Thank you Green Dragon! A nice addition is that they have a lovely shop on the site, with well sourced foods and gifts, (also a small selection of plants )which is great if you are planning a picnic en route.

Very difficult to fault anything about the stay - accommodation and rooms were well furnished and comfortable; restaurant food - had a wide choice of out of the ordinary dishes; was well prepared, cooked and served with a cheerful smile; breakfast was good - as hearty as one wished it to be and promptly served.DavidUnited Kingdom

Dinner at hotel was delicious. Staff very attentive. Shop attached filled with great local produce anf gifts was an added bonus.
