The hotel was very clean and the bed very comfortable. I knew in advance that some of the facilities, were not available due to work, but this did not impact on my stay at all. My room was very spacious and the price for the room was really reasonable.

I liked the individuality of the place. The gentleman was friendly. I had hoped to have a drink in the pub, but was a little tired. The room was spacious, and the kettle was a welcome inclusion. It was a loft room.

This hotel is well situated, near to the M5, so is a very good place to stay while travelling to/from the South West. The welcome was warm, our room was excellent and the bed, really comfortable. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and was impressed with the quality of the food. We booked the table as we checked in and it was a good job we did, as it was very busy at 7.00pm, when we ate. All staff members were particularly attentive and this carried forward to breakfast the following morning. Breakfast started at 7.00am on the Sunday morning which suited us perfectly, as we had a long journey ahead of us.

The Hotel has been created within an elegant Regency building, which was once owned and loved by the Duke of Wellington.

Terrific. Superb location with car parking on-site in the middle of Cheltenham. Beautifully converted Regency town house with extremely generously proportioned bedrooms. Very helpful staff and excellent breakfasts and evening meals.
