The cottage was cosy and comfortable.

The cottage was cosy and comfortable. Very clean, private parking. Absolutely no noise which being a terrible sleeper I loved. Charlie’s excellent for food. There is a good sized Co op about 2 miles away. Not much in the way of shops, did find a cafe and jewellery shop not far from the cottage. The food was great. Please remember on Sundays just about nothing is open. So make sure you plan for this.

Excellent location, close to the airport, with very friendly host. Phenomenally equipped kitchen with plenty of milk, butter, eggs, breakfast cereals, and jams. Slept like a log and would definitely stay again.

Only good was access to Hebridean Way for a walk and location of Dark Island Hotel for dinner. Not good : Views - No microwave - Oven but no oven dishes - Only 1 pillow per person - No windows or door that could be locked part open for ventilation - Shower towels are very small - There is a trip hazard going out the front doors, fell over twice!! - Says DVD's but there are non and no means of playing them (we wouldn't want them so no problem for us)
