The Z hotel Victoria is ideally located - right opposite the train station.
The staff are really helpful and cheery, the breakfast was just whats needed to start a busy day sightseeing
Room was small as stated clearly on booking, but has everything you need.

The Clarendon overlooks historic Blackheath and Greenwich Park as well as views of London and offers a village atmosphere just 15 minutes' from central London by train.
It was pretty perfect.
The only problem was a broken roller blind on one of the windows. (Sparrow)
