I loved the personal and adaptable touch from the team. It was a quiet period for the hotel and I sat in the lounge before dinner where the lady in charge put the fire on just for me and made me feel really comfortable and well looked after. I even had my dinner next to the fire rather than sitting alone in the dining room, it was a very lovely touch and one I will always remember. Thank you.

The hosts have paid great attention to detail and put a lot of effort into the small things, but it is these things that make the difference between liking and loving a property… and we loved it! They had left us milk in the fridge and tea, coffee and sugar too, as well as homemade ‘Fettercairn Arch’ Shortbread, which was a lovely, thoughtful touch.
