The host was amazing! We are incredibly grateful for allowing us to check in a couple of hours early and check out a couple of hours later than the set times.

Great location with plenty of free parking and lots of great food stores and restaurants nearby. The host was warm and welcoming and I appreciated the offering of complimentary positive/spiritual notes in a bowl on the way out.

Location was good. Plenty shops nearby and food outlets. Hotel looked a bit tired from the outside but rooms were comfortable. Lovely pillows but bed was hard. Rooms nice & clean

Great, helpful staff! Feel safe. Location excellent: near buses and trains at Paddington station but nice, peaceful streets to walk to other directions, like Hyde Park and towards Notting Hill. Enjoyed a lot.

Finchley is definitely a nice location if you are a tourist as it's easy to get to all the attractions but you stay in 5 star accommodation that would be unaffordable in Central London. While it's definitely buzzy, it's not rowdy. Good for families.

Really nice place to come to in London.
Really nice place to come to in London. Good place to stay for your whole trip.
Lots of eatery places for us and kids so very good for that.
A lot to do for small kids if not gong into Oxford Street or Tottenham Court Road, like parks - one close with swings and child play area.
Quiet and calm on the street but busy main High Street with everything.

Finchley is lovely, green and full of every kind of shop but particularly, the choice of restaurants was amazing.
We loved that we were so close to the center of London, even though we were in what is essentially a bustling suburb - we were close to many parks and could walk to lots of places including the nearby shops. Lots of places of worship, and we discovered there is a huge shopping center which we drove to called Brent Cross Shopping Center with loads of shops for good retail therapy and some nice places for a quick bite or good lunch.
Feels very safe and there are three other tube stations in the vicinity which we found very interesting. There was an Arts Place (Arts Depot) but we didn't know about it in advance. We'll take in a comedy show next time we come because it seems to have fantastic reviews and there is a lot on show there apparently. There are a few golf places about as well, but we didn't go. Only one of us is a keen golfer and couldn't persuade the rest of us.
