The location. I asked for free room upgrades and we got upgraded to a suite and lounge access. Our son and fiancé got upgraded yo executive room with lounge access.

The room was quite small. The beds were not very comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre, the eggs were bullet hard.
There are not enough lifts in the hotel. we had to wait long periods to get a lift

room location was good, there were no batteries in the remote control for the tv we requested this but someone turned up with a remote control not just the batteries. Late on the 2nd night someone knocked on the door after 11pm to bring the batteries...and we also had someone turn up at our door on the morning we were checking out to open up the sofa bed.. We didnt request assistance - the staff member showed us the request on his phone - thought this was a bit odd as we were checking out that day! Maybe the room number was incorrect!

Great location, nice welcoming staff at reception. Clean hotel and we were upgraded to a bigger studio double room which we really liked as we had a baby and it gave him lots of extra space to run around.

The cleanliness of apartment was shocking needed to clean everything before use. Limited amount on electricity meter. Area was fine. No information provided until day of arrival regarding key collection. Mobile number on booking out of use. The area is busy lots of transport links bus and train. Local shops restaurants close by.
