Super friendly staff above a great bar full of locals playing cards and having a great time. Check in was really easy and it was nice to be able to pay at the hotel as opposed to online for a change. The staff did a great job with leaving me breakfast out as I had to leave before breakfast was served (breakfast starts at 9 o'clock, so if you need to leave early remember to ask).

The apartment was lovely; really cosy and comfortable. Easy to get into Carlisle centre very quickly. Everything in the apartment was clean and very well maintained. Great communication with the host r.e. arrival times and other info about our stay. She also kindly provided a cot, bedding, towels and a baby bath as we were travelling with an infant. This was our first night away from home since having our baby and we all had a brilliant night’s sleep. Thank you very much!
