Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location was perfect and our beds extremely comfortable. We enjoyed a really good night's sleep and loved the window shutters that kept out light and noise (the Strand is a busy road but the traffic did not disturb us). Super shower facilities with ample, good quality products available. Welcome snacks and chocolates, slippers and robes etc.
