The towel radiator. Was left flat out the weather was boiling hot we could not sleep. Couldn’t even leave window open seagulls all over. Ruined our night. Paid for nothing. Ask at reception was told nothing they can do

Very expensive for one night and it didn’t include breakfast ! - I do feel it was extremely expensive for what it was therefore not value for money,.. stupidly I made the mistake for pay extra £12.00 for breakfast and didn’t have it as had to go to work, I did ask fo a refund and was was told no this was not possible. I would not stay there again

No one turned up take breakfast- despite it being paid for. I waisted time and money with no explanation. I was thoroughly disgusted.

Excellent location for exploring the Gower and Mumbles. Friendly staff and very good dinner and breakfast.

Haven't recieved my refund yet. I understand they are going through a difficult time but I wasn't aware of this at the time and they shouldn't have accepted bookings if there facilties were closed (the reason why I booked in the first place) please can I received the refund they said they would give.
