Brilliant location,staff great very friendly and helpful ,they all seem to do everyone's jobs and are so pleasant and helpful and that is why I would go back to the hotel for a short break,because of the staff and location ,rooms are a bit tired

We had two rooms, which were as described on the website. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK but not exceptional. Bathrooms/showers were good and spacious.

Haven't recieved my refund yet. I understand they are going through a difficult time but I wasn't aware of this at the time and they shouldn't have accepted bookings if there facilties were closed (the reason why I booked in the first place) please can I received the refund they said they would give.
