The check-in was quick. Greeted by nice staff at reception. The room was very clean and set up nicely. Had a situation after checkout where I lost some belongings, and they were able to help find where it could be and contacted the very lovely cleaners of where it could be. Overall, lovely place where I would visit again.

Haven't recieved my refund yet. I understand they are going through a difficult time but I wasn't aware of this at the time and they shouldn't have accepted bookings if there facilties were closed (the reason why I booked in the first place) please can I received the refund they said they would give.
