Location is good,not far from the A1 in a peaceful village. Dinner menu features local produce and is well presented and delicious . Staff are friendly and service was excellent. Bed comfortable, high quality bed linen. Room size is larger than average with separate bathroom and wc.

We stayed in Lascelles and this room didn't disappoint! The jacuzzi in the front bay window with the incredible view of the gardens is just perfect. The 4 poster bed is huge and i recommend you keep the curtains open so you wake up to the sun rise over the hills

Friendly, good service from all staff. Breakfast was excellent and location was ideal for where we were visiting. Room was good with all the necessary accessories.

Byron Bar features oak panelling and an historic fireplace. The Courtyard Restaurant has a fine menu, and oak beams. Each en suite room at The Bridge has digital TV.

Place was decorated lovely, mugs, tea and coffee (even hot chocolate) were provided and the mugs were a great size! Wood for log burner and hot tub provided with clear instructions. It was clean, cosy, and just a lovely experience!!!
