It was perfect for a great nights stay. I wish I didn’t have work the next day as it would have been a great long sleeping session. Self check in and not to mention that I managed to meet the host and he is a very kind hearted person who was gave amazing hospitality. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. The room had one of the biggest TVs although I was in the family deluxe. Very comfy mattress and it has a kettle, a microwave aswell as a fridge. Everything you need. The shared bathroom was always maintained and cleaned at all times. I couldn’t believe the price shortly after I had arrived.

Good location for quick trips into London. The train station is approx. 15min walk from the property. Asda superstore is also nearby. The owner was very helpful, responsive and provided excellent information on the checking in process. Also, we were very grateful for being able to leave our car for a bit longer on the day when we were checking out.

This shouldn’t be considered a hotel ! Extremely poor amenities and very dirty. When I arrived even my bin wasn’t changed. The shower was awful so old and toilet full of mold. Booked with booking.com and I am extremely disappointed how are they promoting this fake hotel that’s nothing like the pictures. My recommendation is stay sleeping in the airport instead at least the toilet is very clean.

Everything went extremely well. It was easy to find with parking on-site, friendly staff, clean cosy room, 60 inch TV with Netfix, WiFi, excellent customer service. Everything we needed was available and we would definitely recommend to our family and friends.

This place is at a perfect location, very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants. This place is great, very clean and has everything you need. Host was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Hayes is a clean, friendly and quiet neighbourhood in zone 4. With a zone 1-2 Travel card, the Victoria station at the heart of London is accessible by going with buses E6 and 95 uptown East Acton from where the journey continues with the underground Central line and the Victoria line.

The studio was clean, tidy and spacious. I was very comfortable. The wi fi signal was strong 👍 Be weary of the door though. I closed it and went to check on my car. I had not locked it but it auto locks when closed.....I had left the keys indoors and I had locked myself out lol. Thankfully Kay came and let me back in. She is an excellent host. Azad really took care of me late at night after I had a nasty car crash on the M25. He has spent a lot of time landscaping the back garden which reminded me of my friend's house in Dubai. It was much nicer for me to stay there than at a soulless hotel for twice the price. Azad provided free tea, coffee, fruit, and toiletries. He even showed me to a local restaurant late at night when I was hungry. A 5 star service!
