Comfortable, clean and very well equipped in a great location to explore Pembrokeshire. Short walk to a great beach, which doesn’t get overcrowded and to Jacks pub who do great food. Would gladly stay here again.

Hodgeston is the formal village name for what is really known as Freshwater East. A good place for coastal walking, I did two days without the car from my accommodation. There is other great walking in easy driving distance. There are also a couple of historic sites - two castles and a ruined palace - nearby. The roads were pretty quiet and the driving in the area was smooth. I self catered at the property. I would certainly go back and didn't experience anything to avoid.
