When I reached there they ask me first for security paid it was £100 they charged . And then they said we don’t have room available at the moment for some reason so they send me some other hotel . Which is not good . The thing is they have to explain me before check in once they get security money then they tell me about not room availability. And I said I have luggage atleast help me to check in hotel they prefer . It was disgusting. The guy he was jst gave me direction but he didn’t help me . I gave 0 start . (-) negative start if there is any option . So don’t go there it’s my personal experience.
Thank you

Fantasy value for money- clean, comfortable and secure- important for us as we are women. We had good selection of towels, clean serviceable shower, kettle with biscuits, tea etc. We had dinner in the lounge bar next door and again it was really good value @ around £12 for mains. Lounge had a good vibe- not overly busy but definitely not dead! Thank you

Email sent to you already. you have asked them to refund my money with compensation. I am still waiting for your positive reply.
Dear Sir/Madam, In reference to the booking no: 4979826225 for my stay in Ilford, Essex, England from 6th April until 14th April, I want to inform you about my experience with Britannia Inn Hotel:
After my long tiring flight from Lahore to London for 16 hours and then from Heathrow airport to Ilford journey by train for 90 minutes followed by a long walk from Ilford station with a heavy suitcase and hand luggage, I was expecting my nice stay at Britannia, Ilford. But on my arrival at 9:00 PM, 6thApril, I was told after taking £100 for security purpose that there was no space available for me and therefore they would book another hotel which was shocking and quite painful for me. It never happened to me before as I had booked hotels so many times through you. It took about an hour for the lady at reception to book a place at Best Western hotel, argyle road, Ilford. I was not happy with the room condition of this hotel either but I was left with no choice. The entire exercise was done without giving me any other options.
Due to no communication, with the customer before arrival and bad management on arrival I request you to refund my money back into my account, otherwise I may think about taking a legal action.
Yours Sincerely,
Prof Dr Iqtadar Seerat

Before we started our trip it was hard to get in contact with someone about picking up the keys. We were arriving on a Sunday, when the business that normally hands out the keys was closed (there is no one on the actual accommodation site, it's all automated codes). We tried sending a couple of messages in booking.com, but they were not answered. However, after ringing the accommodation's phone number, their staff member was very helpful, and arranged us to meet someone at the reception of a near by hotel. That person was very helpful and getting in from there was easy.
The accommodation is nice and modern, with all the amenities described. The area is quite and peaceful. There are a large range of stop in the Ilford shopping center (about 500m walk away) and the Elizabeth Line train station is also the same distance nearby.

More Than Just a London Suburb
Ilford benefits from a train station on the fast line between Liverpool Street and Shenfield. Since Stratford, site of the Olympic Park, is only a few stations away, Ilford rose in international popularity during the build-up to the 2012 Games. However, location isn't all it has going for it.
The Borough of Redbridge is run from its Grade II-listed Victorian town hall, on a pedestrian precinct which includes the Ilford Exchange shopping centre. To the west is another Grade II-listed building: the 12th-century Hospital Chapel of St Mary and St Thomas of Canterbury.
The UK’s only complete mammoth skull was found underneath the high street and is now displayed in London’s Natural History Museum. Redbridge Museum houses more archaeological finds, and the 17th-century Valentines Mansion features a Victorian kitchen and beautiful gardens.
Actually outside of the capital when built, the mansion is now firmly within Greater London and is surrounded by Valentines Park with its boating lake and cricket pitch where Essex County once played.
The diverse cuisine of Ilford’s restaurants reflects its multicultural population, and there are also several good bars and a club near Gants Hill Tube station that is popular with reality TV stars. Nearby Ilford accommodation on Booking.com includes hotels with parking and cheap guest houses.

As a black person I felt comfortable among the Asian population and I saw other persons of color as well. The town is lively and friendly. The Turkish food was a blast. The shopping center has almost everything. For black women, there's a hair shop in the main shopping area. The prices are reasonable for London

A total surprise and I was kicking myself for not trying Signature before.
The least assuming entrance opened up to a clean well run, elegant(for Ilford) hotel.
The staff was efficient, well spoken and kind with a quick readiness to provide anything to improve your stay, personaly delivering extra milk etc moments after hearing of the need.
And Quiet, the place was gentility in middle of Ilford high street, which is a miracle achievement of note.
Best wifi ever.Spacious shower-toilet.
A true find..A Thank you to the management and architects.
Really good location, close to the station, and really easy to access central London from there.
The Neighbourhood was really quiet and we felt safe in this hotel(which was super important for us because we were 3 girls).
Room was really clean and well equiped, we got everything we asked for.
There was a daily cleaning and a towel change service which is definitly a plus.
Guys on the reception were amazing, kind and really helpful, loved them! :)
Booked this hotel because of the location, opposite Valentines Park, at Ilford. Another reason, breakfast was included in the price so it was an add. Reception staff was kind and helpful, breakfast was ok, including bread toast, eggs, beans, sausages and coffee.
It is quiet in the hotel room, helpful receptionists. Very Close to the main street with shops in Ilford. People who are living there, mostly homeless are very humble , polite and I had a chance to see them and chat with them, good luck with them.
Professional host - available even late at night. Well refurbished apartment, condition still as good as new. Parking space in front of the house. Excellent subway connection to downtown London within 10-15min walking distance.
Clean, Comfortable, great Location close to lots of food restaurants/take aways and very close to Ilford station and Free parking.
I’ve stayed here before and would like to stay here again when I next come to visit London.
The location was in a great community, everything was perfectly easy to navigate such as check in. also very close to the Elizabeth line, which made travel into Central London easy. excellent experience overall!
Very little to report here. The room was fine. The hot water worked. Otherwise though the hotel was really poor. Too expensive, low quality facilities, barely worth the money it costs given it's in 'London'
Can't say enough about our host, she was wonderful - extremely helpful and accommodating. Location was great - free parking and a short walk to Ilford station (the Elizabeth Line goes into Liverpool St.)
Great experience Mary treat us very well helping us in everything.also mention Renata at breakfast very kind with us. The hotel is well comunícate from London..good for quality price
