The man (not sure of his name but works at night) he was really helpful, kind and friendly. We had an issue but it was sorted straight away.

Wasn't expecting lots because of some previous reviews but was pleasantly surprised with the suite I was given, and the friendliness of the staff. Suite was large, clean and had a spa bath and a shower. Full English was included in the very reasonable price,

Location was close to the venue we were going to. The bed was very comfortable.

We stayed in a classic twin room which was very comfy and a nice size. En-suite was very clean with a lovely sized shower. We booked breakfast the night before so we only paid £12 each, lovely breakfast good selection, we enjoyed it so much we booked it for our 2nd morning.
