A lovely hotel with beautiful rooms only let down by the fact if you want to check in early it will cost you £15 and when we arrived later in the evening the hotel's reception was empty and we had to wait almost 45 minutes to check in,

The hotel is nearer to the motorway than to Kirkham so I had little reason to travel into Kirkham. there is a football stadium, aldi and fast food restaurants between the hotel and the town centre.

Kirkham is approximately 30 minutes drive from Blackpool, as due to Covid breakfast was not available in The VIllas express, we drew to Blackpool and had our excellent breakfast. Because we planned to have a day out in Blackpool.

We stayed at this hotel as an alternative, however our stay was really very good, wasn’t overwhelmed by Kirkham, though we visited family and friends at Wrea Green and Lytham, just a few miles away.
Quite impressed by the hotel.
On arrival we asked to be moved as we could not access the shower due to disabilities and were promptly moved no issues.
Staff was great really friendly and accommodating.
Located just off the M55 motorway junction was convenient, and a lot quieter at night than expected being just off the motorway junction and on the main road to Kirkham and Wesham, which was not bad considering our room was facing to road.
Plenty of parking.
Everything about this hotel was excellent. From the location, reception, room were first rate.
The pleasant and efficient check in. I
Have mobility problems and the room on the ground floor more than covered my needs.
The bonus of the Black Valais restaurant next door was superb. And accessed from reception, no need to go outside
There is no doubt that if we need a stay in this area this would be our first choice.
The staff were very nice and helpful in the hotel and we were greeted with a smile. The staff in Bradley’s bar were also very nice particularly Curtis who was very friendly and genuine. The room we stayed in was the large suite with pitch view, it was a fabulous room and very clean apart from a little dust on the wall around the tv in the lounge area. The breakfast in the morning was exceptional.
Spacious property in a good location at the centre of kirkham
Newly refurbished, everything you needed for a very comfortable stay
2 double beds so would easily accommodate 2 couples or a family with good sized bathroom with shower.
Marwan was extremely helpful answering questions via messenger service/email
I have been to this hotel a few times now. I absolutely enjoy my stay here as it is usually relaxing and comfortable. It is great value for money and I would encourage anyone going to Blackpool or Preston to consider staying here. It is absolutely safe and a good retreat from the busy sites of Blackpool.
The hotel was amazing, so clean and spacious. Bathroom was stunning and so was the view. The staff at the reception was amazing. Always greeted us with a friendly smile and asked how our day was and even directed to us to nice places around the hotel to see.
It was immaculate, everyone was lovely and friendly all the staff were helpful. Not a massive hotel so wasn’t too busy and was quiet. The breakfast was fantastic in the morning all freshly cooked! Fantastic value for money!
It’s a small brand new hotel, good size rooms, nicely furnished and this is the first time I have slept at a football stadium, see photo for view from one of the rooms. It has a “Field of Dreams” vibe to it.
Very smart upmarket accommodation . Beautiful
rooms and bathroom, excellent breakfast.
Good all round experience… perfect for an overnight stop quiet rooms !
Would really recommend this Hotel
