Check in was easy though the reception person asked how many nights eventhough she had given me a form to complete that said 2 nights. Made me question if my booking was right. Nice to have tea and coffee in room. Comfy bed.

The staff were friendly & accomodating. We needed an early breakfast, which we got. On our return, they had remembered we'd done a cycling trip & enquired bout it.

Fantastic country house set on generous estate with private lake. Owner greeted me on arrival and showed me around. Fantastic bedroom and majestic bathroom. Bath towels were so soft and lovely to touch.

With the canal running straight through the town there was ample opportunity to have a stroll & many cafes, bars etc for the weary traveller. The Park at the bottom end of town was lovely & the war memorials & historic connections Appenine Wall, Romans etc was interesting. The large children's play area was busy & the children seemed to enjoy the facilities. The main street is quite long & the variety of shops was very pleasing with virtually now boarded up premises.
Have stayed many times in Broadcroft but this stay really exceeded the others. The staff were all so nice and attentive. We really enjoyed the new buffet breakfast which is far better than the previous set up.The rooms are clean and comfortable. We particularly like the side rooms which have views over the Campsie hills..From check in till check out the staff couldnt have been any nicer or more helpfull.I feel since the refurb this hotel has been better.
Beautifully renovated hotel, the food was a highlight!
The hotel is recently renovated but keeps snippets of its history.
We had booked 3 bedrooms, as we have a big family. Unfortunately the beds weren't suitable for two members of our group - both over 6ft. In general the rooms were a little snug, as we didn't spend too much time in the room it was manageable.
I would stay at this hotel again, if I was visiting Glasgow again.
I loved everything about the hotel. The location is beautiful and picturesque, you can enjoy a walk aby time of the day either in the hotel gardens or the surrounding woods, the staff was beyond helpful and polite, the room was high standard, beautiful and clean and the food and beverages amazingly tasty. This hotel is always going to be my go to if I'm ever near Glasgow ever again.
Exellent hotel just outside Glasgow. The decor and room were spotless. There's a lovely conservatory and a cosy bar with a real fire in the old stables. Breakfast was simple but good - and in the evenings the menu includes a few curry options. The bathroom looked spanking new and nice toiletries by Highland Fine Soap. Wonderful value for money.
This is a fantastic friendly hotel only a couple of miles outside Kirkintilloch which serves superb food. It also has a really lovely bar at the back of the hotel which has a great friendly atmosphere and serves amazing food. All the staff in the hotel and attached bar are amazing.
It was like a home from home, we had everything we needed for a relaxing, comfortable stay. Loved the electric blankets on the beds, en suite bathroom made a big difference. The walk to Kirkintilloch by the water was lovely, recommend it.
Very helpful staff with great manners. Room was a great size with and amazing bath. Lovely dinner in the restaurant before going round to the bar. Very cosy and welcoming all round. Great hotel
The hotel was clean, and communal areas were lovely. The overall decor and impression of the hotel was good. The shower in the room was great. The staff were helpful
Conveniently located close to John Muir Way it's a modern hotel. Liked the posters on the wall of the staircase. Good food although busy Saturday night.
