Very central, but idyllic location. The breakfast was one of the best I have had, very friendly, efficient, and approachable staff.

The staff could not do enough to help me feel welcome. I arrived later than expected but the resturant was able to accomodate me. The ffod was delicious and the bedroom beautifully presented. The icing on the cake for me was a Jacuzzi bath.

2nd time I have stayed here and the experience is the same which is fine apart from the fact they haven't changed the inedible sausages so I have cut and pasted my last review below
This is a budget priced hotel but the room was large, decent tv and shower, breakfast was fine for the price and if they change their brand of sausages will be excellent
Mostly the chap at breakfast and the lady at the bar (I think the owner) were superb and obviously care that the business does well
Possibly not the place to take your partner for a romantic trip but spot on for a value business trip

The pub is very nice. Food decent. Especially liked the music choices which were not too loud but enjoyable. The serving staff were very nice too.

We were only staying overnight but had a few hours to walk round the centre of Knutsford. It is very old, picturesque, some lovely independent shops. It backs onto Tatton Park and has a central train station.

Very interesting place.
Very interesting place. Three parallel streets, beautiful shops (not enough time to visit), more restaurants than I had expected for a small place and a railway station with connection to Manchester.; this is how I plan to visit next time. Of course the closeness to Tatton park which was the main reason for our visit.

Customer service was outstanding, the size of the rooms and facilities made the stay luxurious, breakfast and the club lounge meant each day started and ended on a high. Taxis are reasonable and easy to obtain with just 30mins drive from Manchester and 10mins from Knutsford town.

Knutsford has a very safe feel to it, even in the town...
Knutsford has a very safe feel to it, even in the town centre. There are a variety of independent shops that caters for all tastes. Plus some historical places. There are a lot of different eateries to suit every budget and generally just had a lovely feel to the place. I am only sorry I was only there one day but will be going back to explore more.
excellent position beside M6 but double glazing kept out the noise. also petrol station opposite. large car park with security cameras. near nice town of knutsford and Tatton Park. food freshly cooked. excellent breakfast. lovely breakfast room. firm but comfortable bed. bathroom looked fairly newly decorated. uncomplicated TV operation. microwave available on the landing. yea and coffee in the room and we were given extra milk etc by barman Steve. very good value for money.
It was the same price as a decent hotel in the same area but this offered much more. It is right by a heath, green and wooded area whilst having everything on your doorstep from shops, restaurants, pubs, train station near by. It was perfect for me, plus they left milk and teabags, great after I had a long journey - some hosts don't provide that, I appreciate the touch.
I will stay again if I am in the Knutsford area.
I booked this room for my parents who were visiting Knutsford from South Africa. The room was awesome value for money, right in the centre of town, which gave them an awesome experience of the village and Tatton Park. The staff were brilliant and helpful. As Knutsford residents, we often eat at Angel and the food is always amazing value for money! Thank you to all!
I loved that I could bring my dog and we were warmly welcomed. This hotel is literally made for dogs so if you have one come here! There are warm fires downstairs they serve a lovely Sunday roast there is a full bar and breakfast is included which was delicious. The staff was also wonderful!
Great place to stay compared to others we'd stayed at, in respect to cost and location. We gave stopped at the local Golf/spa resort and two other 'top end' hotels on the outskirts of Knutsford. Strangely enough, the Cross keys fell more homely & welcoming. Would definitely stay again.
Restaurant not yet built so no facility for breakfast or room service or bar. Would have been helpful to know that prior to booking as the invoice stated breakfast available for £12, so very misleading. However great location and only a five minute walk to the centre of Knutsford.
The location was central to the festival we attended, and Knutsford town. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were lovely. The beds were very big and very comfortable, and because the hotel was also a spa for a small extra fee I had access to the gym and swimming pool.
It was warm and comfortable. There was an excellent choice of items for breakfast and Ann was very pleasant and helpful.
The location was ideal being a short walk from Knutsford and close to excellent food and drink pubs.
There was lots of parking space off the road.
The accommodation was clean and the friendly, attentive owners were keen to make our stay enjoyable. Lovely breakfast and the property was easy to find. Good location for airport and Knutsford. We were attending a wedding venue that was also easy to reach.
Comfortable, spacious rooms, relaxing decor. Very clean. The host responded almost immediately to my text messages. Good location for supermarket and town centre, both in walking distance. Parking was available in the street.
Excellent location; very quiet and the right side of Knutsford for our needs. Easy to walk to Tatton Park for our morning exercise. Very modern and well equipped. Spacious and comfortable for a two-person stay.
The hotel matched its reputation and my previous stays. Restaurant staff were amazing and helpful as usual. Spa facilities were excellent. Breakfasts and serving staff were perfect.
Very central location in the beautiful town of knutsford. Minutes from tatton park and all of the great shops and pubs around town.
Staff were friendly
Beds were super comfy
