The unit was very cosy and clean, and it felt like a home away from home. We really liked the quiet and peaceful countryside surroundings, and Sue is a very nice and friendly host.

Becs met us at the Cafe with the keys, she made us feel very welcome and the accommodation was clean with everything we needed. Ate at the cafe for breakfast and was good home cooked food. Unfortunately we were travelling for a funeral but Becs made us feel very much and at home ! Thanks !

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The cooked breakfast was delicious, and the evening meal was excellent. Our room was small but cosy which we knew it would be when we booked it. The room was clean and tidy perfect for a one night stay. The location is lovely with the River Lugg flowing right past the hotel.

We were very happy and surprised to find what was included - a nice warm lounge area, large double room and significant bathroom (large and spacious). Our host was very kind and helpful and made us feel at ease. The breakfast arrived at exactly the time we had requested and was plentiful and delicious (however some points to note below). Lovely coffee and fresh orange juice. We would certainly return and recommend!

Quiet market town, good range of shops, some busy pubs, not many really nice eating places from what we could see, apart from Yoko's Thai which was amazing, would definitely recommend eating there. Also, 35 West do amazing coffee, very friendly staff.
We would love to visit again and get to know the community.

Parts of the town are run down, but there are nice areas around the church and park. There are nice shops including a bakery and coffee shop and a small cafe by the car park. It's a historic town but suffers in comparison to say Ludlow or Tewkesbury.

A very attractive and historic town with many small, independently owned shops and lovely surrounding countryside. We had an excellent dinner at the White Lion and an equally good breakfast at The Flying Dutchman. Several car parks serve the central district.

Perfect defines. Could not ask for more. We did not leave the hotel because it was just so good there, but the journey in and out was surrounded by true beauty, stunning views and an old town feel that is rare to get these days.

We had never been here before and were dazzled by the beautiful place we stayed in, our warm and delightful hosts (Anna and Karen), and the surrounding environs. The place itself is idyllic and matched the surrounding areas. There is a black and white Tudor house trail nearby, where every village looks like a picture postcard. Hay on Wye and a number of gorgeous little towns and villages are within touching distance and made us feel like we were escaping the life into a wonder world. Can't say enough how we loved this place. Thank you for our stay.

Leominster is a lovely town- small enough to be able to walk around with a number of individual shops. And off course lots of antique emporiums to satisfy the curiosity. And with access to delightful countryside.
Friendly , helpful family run Inn. Steve , Karen and Sam were extremely obliging, friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. Loads of hot water for showers. Lovely wood burning fires in the bar and lounge areas . Dog friendly amid beautiful scenery. A làrge carpark .
Great wholesome breakfast.
Well priced b&b in a village. Pub close to Ludlow, Leominster and other lovely quainnt villages and towns.
Immaculately clean, comfortable and well equipped. Perfect location for a wedding in Leominster - about 12 mins walk. Great friendly hosts with excellent communications on where to find them, parking, door codes etc. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, little bottle of wine & beer very thoughtful touches considering we were only there overnight. Cannot be faulted and highly recommended.
It was adequate albeit rather pricey. I appreciated the proprietor going to the trouble of assisting me to locate the property and keeping the checkin time open until I arrived. I had intended to stay in Leominster in order to visit my youngest daughter but this was only six miles away so it was a good alternative.
Lovely big place for the family. We loved the character of the property it was beautiful
Had loads of space for all of us, and it's situated in the middle of town. 2 big supermarkets behind the property and plenty to explore walking distance. If we needed to stay again in Leominster, we would definitely stay here.
Very Cute house. Cozy with everything we needed for a lovely little break away. Great ocation with everything accessable. Short walk to Leominster town . Good communication from hosts. Very comfortable bed and felt wonderfully well rested.after a days adventuring. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.
Lovely cosy, secluded cottage at rear of property, away from noise of passing traffic. Very close to centre of Leominster, museum. Everything you may need in the kitchen if you wanted to cook for yourself. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk supplied as well as bottled water in fridge. Lovely friendly couple!
A lovely place in a very peaceful location, with its own private garden. The host was very attentive but not at all intrusive and we had a relaxing 3 night stay close to some lovely National Trust properties, Leominster and Hereford and the beautiful black and white houses and trail.
Everything provided including towels, toilet rolls and heating. Comfortable and within easy reach of Leominster and Ludlow. A little further to Hereford and Ross on Wye, but near enough. Good location for investigating everywhere.
It was simply perfect. A very warm welcome. A perfect two storey house well preheated! which is not common in today´s hotels. A perfect location, outskirts, design, everything.
