Everything, location, the view. The hosts Chrissy and Mike were accommodating, indeed, could not do enough. Lovely homemade cake on arrival, milk in the fridge. Really did not want to leave. Nearly claimed squatters rights 🤪😉 Baby lambs in the field, tadpoles, fish, chickens. And made friends with their cat poppy 🐈‍⬛ Their breakfast was exceptional, homemade bread, hashbrowns, was absolutely stuffed but made a little room for the homemade damson jam, now that was belter , took me back to my childhood when my naine use to make it. Lots of variety also, not just cooked breakfast. Even indulged in chrissy's homemade granola.

Ffarm Country House, hotel in Llanddulas

Located just 15 minutes’ drive from the picturesque Colwyn Bay, this charming, family-run, Grade II listed building dates back to 1706 and boasts 2 acres of private grounds.

Susan and Stewart were a helpful and friendly couple and it was a pleasure to stay in their guest house. We stayed in the Hemingway room which was lovely. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was big, and it was lovely to have a bath to soak in with a glass of something; there was plenty of hot water. We liked the décor, and also the personal touches. The location was amazing, so quiet, and the pillows were nice, I am very fussy with pillows, I brought my own with me, but didn't need to use it at all 😉. We had an evening meal on the day we arrived, and the the food was delicious as was the local beer and cider that we ordered. We also loved the little honesty bar, and found the prices of the drinks to be reasonable. Breakfasts were amazing, so much food and a good amount of choice. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

not much in Llanddulas itself , local chip shop limited opening hours and Indian restaurant thats expensive. However ordered an Indian meal off ' just eat' from Kimnel bay and it was one of the best Indian meals i've ever had. Although not much in Llanddulas [ which makes it peaceful ] 10 mins east or west there is aTescos and a Morrisons. nice dog walks along footpath by beach

Cute and pretty. 10 mins away from conwy which is amazing! The RSPB nature reserve is worth a visit theres ponies and all kinds of birds along a beautiful path with water and view of Conwy castle. The beach house near the coast has music and has gorgeous views. Valentine pub is small but adorable. The little indian restaurant is delicious!!
