The food was fabulous. Absolutely delicious, compliments to the chef. Lucinda was lovely, very helpful and polite.

I loved the vibe in this hotel. Very characteristic but also modern comforts. Lots of activity in the bars and restaurants. Very lively. Beautiful spacious room. Friendly people. I loved the restaurant. We had the best meal of our trip to Wales here. Breakfast was outstanding. Great table service, drink top ups. Loved the hospitality. The town is lovely as well. Parking lot behind the hotel.

Two of the staff were absolutely superb - Adrian and Sheryl absolutely made our stay. The were warm, helpful, kind and charming. The hotel was immaculate and the food was good. The location was great and the views from outside were stunning.

The property was clean comfortable and in a lovely location. The room was very clean and tea and coffee was available in the room. The bathroom was clean and towels were fresh and clean. The bed was comfy and food served in the Inn was great value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful

We were looked after kindly and attentively from start to finish by our wonderful host Gail. Nothing was too much of a problem for her and she gave great local travel advice. The breakfast choices were amazing and gave generous portions.
