Sophie, Chris and staff made you feel so welcome, anything you want, just ask. Food excellent.. cabins very clean and everything you need. Would definitely recommend. This was our second visit and will certainly be booking again.

The room was clean and well decorated for comfort. The lady who seemed to be the manager ( Donna) was very friendly, polite and helpful. In fact we loved her input and influenced our pleasant experience. The breakfast was good but The food wasn’t the best especially the chips weren’t eatable. They were dark colour, mushy and disgusting.

A beautifil wee village with 2 very good pub / restaurarants at either end. A great spot to decamp and strike out to Bamburgh or some of the other glorious spots in this beautiful part of the country. It's one of those places you'd think too good too not keep secret! A very pretty village with two pubs, an excellent village store serving coffee and homemade sandwiches, quiches, etc. church open 24/7 and records available, residents welcoming and friendly. Lowick central to coast and countryside. Perfect.

Staff were absolutely fantastic Lorna was so sweet and nothing was too much trouble made our stay so lovely. Our room was very large and comfortable and being in the village was quiet. The walk in shower was excellent, however the shower tray was very slippery and needs a bath mat - we used a towel. Both our evening meals and breakfasts were excellent. The hotel staff were really good and extremely helpful. Excellent wifi connection. This hotel was very Corvid 19 compliant. Plentiful and well-priced. The best feature of the hotel however is the lovely, friendly and helpful staff. They made us feel very welcome and gave lots of advice about local trips, excursions etc. Only negative about the property is the lack of hand-pumped beer!! We will return.
