Great location, 24/7 support from the reception. Minutes a way to the nearest bus stop which could take you directly into the city centre. Mc Donald’s is just next door if you’re hungry for some supper! The reception is helpful and mindful enough to let us leave our luggage at the front desk before our check in and after our check out.

    Lovely couple who runs this b&b.

    Lovely couple who runs this b&b. The house is well maintained in a quiet residential area. We were here for Wimbledon and it's convenient to get to with taxis, uber or 7 minute walk to the tram. Breakfasts are only till 9:30 on weekends so not suitable for late nights. The bed was comfortable although small but the bathroom is very small (1mx2m!).

    The entire house is spotless, nicely furnished and bright. My hosts were exceptionally friendly and very pleasant. The continental style breakfast was perfectly adequate, fresh and delicious - just don't expect a vast choice that you might get in a large hotel. The room was well-furnished and the bed was comfortable and very clean. Also provided were two small armchairs, a coffee table, kettle, tea, coffee, milk etc. and a fridge. Of course, there was also clothes storage and a TV.

    there is no proper rood. it’s a store room size 2mx 2.5m. I can send you room pictures if you want. host didn’t open door until 12am. no bed in the room. no cattle. dirty room. host was given my room to his friend. he told me if you need refund contact to booking.com office. he also told me. this is not holiday inn hotel. so I requested to you kindly refund my money back. otherwise I will contact legal forums against this attitude. regards Muhammad shoaib

    Beautifully clean and well presented little hotel. Run by a Japanese couple named Kato. Very calm and peaceful atmosphere. Continental breakfast includes a good choice and the very helpful and friendly Mr and Mrs Kato were on hand to assist. This hotel is definitely good value for money and I will stay there again.

    I hotel was all that I wanted, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very good and also had good heating. Along with tea, coffee making facilities. Bathroom was very clean and easy to use, the shower was excellent with plenty of hot water. Even though I was only there for one night.

    The hotel is very comfortable and nice. The owners are always attentive to your needs and the breakfast was marvelous! It is far away from the center of London, however, it is 10/15 minutes from the tube. It is perfect for couple and families that wants some peace.

    Decent budget accom: very good value. Clean, decent sized room, comfy bed and a great rainforest shower. Good location, right beside Mitcham tram stop. Handy to have the pub / restaurant downstairs. Cleaning staff were very friendly.

    Nothing at all basically. It was a shock. It is so very overpriced. It is a hostel, not a hotel or even a guest house. One of the worst places I ever stayed in.
