The location was perfect and since I am used to expect a decent standard from a Hilton .., even if its doubletree , but this time the service was just terrible.., I haven’t got the room cleaned the first day .., made complain with the hotel manager that assured me that was sorry , and put a note for the day after.. and what happened?? Day after same all, room not cleaned at 8pm and had to wait 40 min in the lobby…., absolutely absurd!!

Lovely couple who runs this b&b.
Lovely couple who runs this b&b. The house is well maintained in a quiet residential area. We were here for Wimbledon and it's convenient to get to with taxis, uber or 7 minute walk to the tram. Breakfasts are only till 9:30 on weekends so not suitable for late nights. The bed was comfortable although small but the bathroom is very small (1mx2m!).

I can send you room pictures if you want. host didn’t open door until 12am. no bed in the room. no cattle. dirty room. host was given my room to his friend. he told me if you need refund contact to booking.com office. he also told me. this is not holiday inn hotel. so I requested to you kindly refund my money back. otherwise I will contact legal forums against this attitude. regards Muhammad shoaib

We were left undisturbed which was nice, but staff came to ask about breakfast which was also nice, although we didn't actually eat at the hotel at all. The bed was very comfortable. There was shower gel provided which was helpful as we forgot ours. Morden Station for the Undreground and Mitcham for the tram are within walking distance or a short bus ride. The room was very clean well kept with a very comfortable bed.
