Friendly welcome, very clean rooms with excellent tea and coffee selection. Good bathroom. Quirky ¨sloping¨floors add to the charm.

I was fortunate to stay in one of the refurbished bedrooms- tastefully decorated and warm. Breakfast was included with my accommodation- fresh fruit and cereal, creamy porridge and a cooked breakfast- very substantial! I just wished I stayed longer than one night in Rye. Will definitely stay at The Lookout when I visit Rye again.
This hideaway is located in the centre of Rye and offers well-designed rooms, local wines and a restaurant menu infused with Mediterranean zest.
