Absolutely everything.
Staff are exceptional, who ever sets the culture and drives the standards needs to be very proud of the team, as not one person I interacted with during my stay was anything but brilliant. Staff are friendly, professional, kind, uplifting, engaging, attentive and make the hotel a really joy to stay at. The Food was great, ambience is relaxed and restful, decor is beautiful.
The 3 star rating is total nonsense, this hotel is a 4star plus….
I will 100% be back.
One of the best hotels I have stayed at.

The staff in the restaurant were excellent. Trying to leave the hotel was ridiculous. We had informed the reception on arrival we would be leaving early in the morning of our checkout as we had a flight to catch. We also informed the reception the night before our checkout and settled the bill. We were assured that someone would be at reception in the morning. Close to family and where I used to live. Near all the places I like to visit. Parklands is out of the city center. With all the new one-way systems/ ULEZ rules it is a pain to stay in city center if you have a car. Use buses, trains and subway. Big cycling event made driving worse in city. There are two receptions - one for the hotel and one for the country club. A bit confusing. All in all the stay was fine - room was spacious, spotless and warm. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was excellent.

The rooms were really spacious and beds enormous....not to mention the super clean and modern bathrooms.... The spa is really first class. Better than the majority we have been to. We sound easy to please...I can assure you we're not. Having stayed in many hotels around the word and in Glasgow...this is a gem of a hotel....where the customer is considered first.
