The room was really cold as there was only a small electric heater… the walls are mouldy with flaking paint. We weren’t given enough towels. The shower we didn’t use as wasn’t clean.
When we got there the smell of bleach was so strong we had to go out as it gave us all a headache and one member of the party was asthmatic

Absolutely appalling!
Absolutely appalling! On arrival off the beaten track we were greeted by foreign men leering over my mum and the whole place smelt of damp and cat urine! It was dirty, creepy and disgusting and the room was dated, unsafe, broken windows, mouldy bathroom and had clearly never been cleaned. We could not physically stay here not even for the price so we left within 10 minutes and no refund offered not even an apology. If you have any sense you will avoid this hotel like the plague…although you’ll probably catch that if you stay here!

The property has not been maintained and they could have been some improvements to tiling and cleaning but generally the room we had, our own little chalet, was adequate and reflected the price. The guy that was in charge was really friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10 to him.

Wasn’t clean, used condom in the toilet and wrapper still by side of bed. Not even sure if the room was cleaned before hand.
The description of hotel says decorated to high standard but that really wasn’t the case at all - needs completely revamping.
Thick mould in shower
Only given a hand towel
Lovely sized room. Staff was very friendly and informative. Good price for all the stuff you need for a hotel room. Bed was comfy enough, room wasn't too hot or cold. Bathroom was nice size, small shower but perfectly fine for a couple of nights stay. Very quiet despite being near to a busy road, and the garden was lovely. Nice walk to surrounding towns, plus Lakeside shopping centre only a ten minute drive. Would use again when I need to go to concerts in London.
the whole place was disgusting and not clean,in ever single areas ,I wouldn't even step in the shower was gross.
broken cracked in bedroom ,window very dirty all over walls dirty hands prints all over the wall doors mirrors
i have never been to a hotel like this looked like a sex den very very poor indeed i would go as to far to say that this shouldn't be listed on booking .com
This property needs renovation, it is not in good shape, but they probably why it is 40 GBP per room, per day. It is a small hotel and I just saw one Mr working there, in the garden and at the Reception, obviously, he needs to cover all duties.
the worst hotel… paid £41?? for what ? inside it stinks very much everything is old and cold… they don’t even heat the rooms their temperature doesn’t work… it’s very cold… I’m sick for them… please take action!!!
it seems a scam .After I paid for this hotel ,I was told my the receptionist that I should buy food from London to cover my period of stay . He also said the venue is not accessible
