Annabel met me on arrival and gave me a wonderful welcome. The property and all the little extra touches (homemade bread and lemon drizzle cake, freshly laid eggs and breakfast supplies) were just wonderful - I wish I was able to stay longer to fully appreciate them!

Very central location and across the road from Tesco and restaurants. Had a couple of issues whilst there that was reported and an offer was made to get them sorted but as we were only there a couple of nights there was no rush.

Beautiful location, bar area was cosy with a gorgeous fire , very cute dog! Dinner was good, would have been better to have more gfo labelling so we didn't have to keep asking the server if dishes could be adapted or were already gf. This includes the specials board.

Great location, lovely spacious area, fantastic comfy bed, nicely fitted out space, easy to find and parking accessed next to lidl entrance around corner. Easy key collect. Safe and quiet accommodation. If youre not cooking HUGE choice of eateries right on your doorstep, and opposite tesco superstore for handy supplies. Accommodation just needs a bit more care to make a great stay. Really has potential but needs a little extra care, some dusty services, no TV channels ,utensils and worktop grubby., no mattress protectors. Cigarette butt's on outside patio.. Host lovely and friendly, would stay again despite issues which can be resolved easily .

There was only one restaurant (Indian) within easy walking distance, plenty of take away and delivery establishment, There was one pub within the whole of the area and food was basic, burgers etc., There were nicer restaurants/pubs within driving distance. There was a large Tesco and Lidl within walking distance, very little else. Fortunately the accommodation was well equipped for self catering. Plenty of open space for walking.
