The room was spacious and clean with a nice walk in shower and separate toilet and washbasin, fridge and tea and coffee facilities. The bed was huge and very, very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of cereals and fruit, tea, coffee and the cooked choice was also very good. We were visiting family in the area so didn't have an evening meal in the hotel.
Situated in Bishops Hull, Taunton, this charming period residence is over 300 years old and is set in its own grounds, offering somewhere to relax and enjoy.

Excellent Hotel location next to Taunton Railway Station (on downside). Run by Dulverton YMCA. Staff were cheerful, & friendly. Certainly would recommend.
