We were happy with the hotel apart from the doors in and out of the hotel as my husband uses a wheelchair- automatic doors would be very helpful!

A thriving town with lots of independent shops to browse in,...
A thriving town with lots of independent shops to browse in, eateries & bars & the distillery. There are several museums & galleries. There are frequent drama productions. All the hotels were well signposted.
The scenery is superb with the River Tummel, lochside, woodland & mountain vistas.
Loch Faskally is absolutely stunning & Queens View is aptly named.
There are many walks available from Ben Vrackie 841m, to many waymarked walks in the forest parks. There is a great stroll down to the river & a nice park near the hotel.
Great for angling & cycling routes south of the river. The botany of the limestone outcrops is famous.

Lots of choices of restaurants / pubs.
Lots of choices of restaurants / pubs. Plenty of quaint shops on the high street. A good base for sightseeing. Short car journey from The House of Brewer. We stayed 1 night to break our journey up, so limited time to fully explore the area.

Always love walking along the river and crossing the dam.
Always love walking along the river and crossing the dam. We had more time this time, so walked down to the boats and enjoyed a lovely cuppa from the other side of the dam. There's a path that runs from the start of the dam (behind the car park) and around the side of the dam into a housing estate. Then walk down towards the Green Park Hotel.
You must take a trip to House of Bruar ! Fabulous shopping experience.

Plenty of eating out places with good atmosphere especially McKay’s and Old Mill
Hettie’s coffee and cakes were delicious
Disappointed Scotland Spa Hotel did not do evening meals on a Sunday or Monday which was not stated on our booking.
Also the receptionist had to leave her post to make up our room and top up loo roll as room /bed was not made up that day
The hotel was very festive, warm and comfortable. Having an EV charger was a huge benefit for us. A short walk to local facilities - Pitlochry is a great holiday destination for walks, fishing and local culture (decent live music in one bar we visited and the theatre was great). We were surprised at how good the facilities in the room were, given the reasonable price. For instance, the shower was perfect for me as I'm struggling with mobility due to a silly knee problem.
Highly recommended.
It is the hotel for a perfect stay. You will be greeted and welcomed personally. The room had a wonderful view of the gorgious garden, in which there was always something to watch. A stay in this hotel alone feels like a vacation. The breakfast is perfect and leaves nothing to be desired. The two hosts are wonderful; very accommodating and have good tips for things to do. Not just for Pitlochry, but for all of Scotland too. I highly recommend this hotel.
Beautiful hotel in a beautiful spot, great choice at breakfast (including poached eggs on request which made me very happy). Staff are so helpful and friendly. Room was very spacious and comfy and the bathroom was excellent. Very close to the shops and restaurants in Pitlochry and the local visitor attractions.
We didn't try the restaurant in the evening but certainly will next time.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this B & B! This property had an old world elegance with beautifully decorated rooms that were clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and our hosts were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
It was located in a convenient, quiet location, a short walk to the center of Pitlochry. We would definitely return to this beautiful property.
We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was very comfortable, clean, the manager, Angela was very helpful and prompt and the owner Anne, was very friendly and suggested some great places to eat in the quaint village of Pitlochry. It was a five minute walk into the village, so convenient.

Very friendly staff. Good breakfast.
Quiet location, though close (few hundred meter) from Pitlochry, which is a very nice city to stay and make trips from in the surroundings.
Availability of a room downstairs and a garden to read a book.

Room 104 not much view but beautiful room.
This was a great little hotel/B&B right on the edge of town, walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops. The room was updated, clean and comfortable. We stayed for one quiet night and had a great time in town.
This is a great hotel for a visit to Pitlochry. Everything is within easy walking distance. Great breakfast included. Room was a decent size & had just been re-done, walk in shower - felt very spacious.
It was a fantastic central location in the heart of Pitlochry. Only a 5/10 minute walk to the centre and was very handy for the annual Enchanted Forest. From the outside, the hotel looks incredible.
The in hotel restaurant was amazing, and the staff was incredibly kind and patient. Dinner and breakfast the following morning were both delightful, which can be harder to find as vegetarians.
Very clean and spacious room, well located in the town of Pitlochry. The staff are warm and friendly and had great recommendations on local places. Terrific breakfast.
