Apartment looks exactly like in the photos, host was responsive and friendly. Good location for where I wanted to go. It was a cold, wet day, the apartment was well heated. Clean. Good value for money, but see below.

Good location and nice to have parking, even if you have to pay £10 for it. We arrived early and the staff were happy to let us have our room. Not too far from a choice of Tube stations and tube lines - Piccadily and Victoria, both taking you into central London.

Set in a Georgian listed building, the 4-star London Chigwell; Best Western Signature Collection has ample parking on site.

Easy to find and small shops and food outlets nearby, so could get something to eat. Close to both bus routes and a train station. Staff were nice and efficient on booking in. The coffee making facilities, milk and cereal in the room were a nice touch.

The bedding and towels were clean and the lady on reception was friendly. There was tea and coffee in the room. It was good value for money in respect that we wanted a room for 3 people and it was close by to the funeral we attended. Good location
