I HAVE JUST SEEN A PROGRAMME ABOUT THE SAVOY HOTEL THEY CHARGE £25 per night for a dog . However you charge £20 per night. Slight difference in situation and accommodation. Come on. Drop your prices to accommodate the general public . £10 is the going fee.

Great roads, you can get most places quickly. A very green town with lots of trees and grassed areas. Good shopping centre and a great central location for visiting other local places such as Birmingham and Stratford upon Avon for example.

The town offers most if not everything you would want on a trip away. It’s close to Stratford-upon-Avon birthplace of Shakespeare that comes alive at 10am. Easy to spend a couple of days there with activities. People present friendly and the town feels safe.

A good town with a lot of big stores. 2 Wetherpoons and a good kebab shop(Pepenos) opposite the royal enfield wetherspoons. If this is your thing, you can't go wrong. All of this just a couple of hundred yards from the holiday inn express

    Redditch is a pleasent town.

Redditch is a pleasent town. The hotel is near the centre and importantly the station. The hotel could be cleaner with rubbish left in the corridor overnight. I had the feeling that the staff were not very enthusiastic about their employment and the guests they looked after. Upper management needed to spend some time to look how the hotel had degraded and make sure staff enjoyed the environment that they worked in and what it meant to work in the hotel trade. It is very important to keep tables and the buffet area clean, the foyers clear of cigarette buts and corridors clear of pizza boxes and Mc Donald bags. Just these small things would bring the hotel back to its previous excellent level..

I think the staff can be a bit more helpful and maybe the right attitude to work will go a long way in making visitors feel more welcome. The hotel is a bit dated and facilities could be better. We used the Jacuzzi and noticed it hasn’t been properly cleaned. The facilities are basic and not much to todays standards. You also have to request to have a fridge in you room which I find a bit surprising. Most hotels nowadays have small fridges in Rooms for guests to use. The gardens are nice and well kept and the hotel has walks close by which was a big bonus. Very good location but sadly there wasn’t a swimming pool although there’s a jacuzzi to use if you book it in.

This is a real find. It has all the feel of a proper, traditional hotel with excellent service but at very affordable prices. The staff were very friendly and attentive & helpful. I had dinner (but not breakfast) & the food was excellent and very well presented. The hotel main areas are perhaps a little dated but very well maintained and the room facilities and cleanliness were faultless. The terrace and garden feel like a 5* hotel. I'll definitely be staying here again.

We were looking for a decent place to stay over the bank holiday and we found it to be more than we initially expected. The place is clean and has all the basics we needed. The plus was the staff, everyone was super friendly, especially Jade who was an absolute gem, always willing to go an extra mile to help and making sure we had all we needed. There’s no breakfast included but in the evening we had drinks and delicious curry at the restaurant.

Very comfortable long beds, good for a guest over 6ft like me! Quiet despite being in the town centre. Location is excellent for shopping, only a few steps from the Kingfisher shopping centre and food outlets, a huge Wetherspoons is just across the road. Plentiful hot and cold buffet breakfast in nice contemporary surroundings. Bar looked great. Railway station is very close to the hotel for connecting into Birmingham.

The Buffet Breakfast was very comprehensive and the food was delicious. The staff were very welcoming, very helpful and provided great service! Our Dinner was exceptional. We had Roast Beef, which was cooked perfectly. The wine was good value and much appreciated. Of particular note was the excellent service provided by Charlotte, Kayleigh and Rachel. We had a very enjoyable stay at the Abbey Hotel, thank you!

Comfortable bed. Quiet corridor. Room doors close quietly, so not disturbed late at night. Bathroom a good size and quiet toilet flush. Grounds are well laid out and offers lovely outdoor space to eat & drink and small play area for young children. Food was good and presented nicely. Excellent location, surrounded by countryside, but can easily and quickly access Redditch and Birmingham outskirts.

The room was small but cozy, with a clean and modern bathroom which was really nice. My partner and I made the most out of the spa facilities where we’re lovely! The gym was quite small but still very useful. The hotel is a very convenient 15 minute walk into town, not that I’d recommend spending too much time in the town centre. The hotel is very grand compared to its geographical surroundings
