Within easy reach of some really nice places to visit, We went to Fairy Glen fabulous walk and beautiful place. Also went on Lancashire canal cruise, we did the afternoon tea which was lovely, would definitely go again. All the staff was very helpful always smiling all the time . Chris and Yvonne where fantastic breakfast and the evening meal was cooked to perfection . Room very clean and tidy and a great 2 night stay we have already booked for the new year . I can highly recommend the ribeye steak . see you all in the new year Kevin and joanne

The gaggle of misogynistic men that propped up the bar since teatime that you had to squeeze past to enter the pub. I was so embarrassed that my young son had to listen to their sexist language whilst with me. The smell of cannabis was overwhelming and the staff, with the exception of the lady at breakfast, weren’t particularly helpful or friendly. Great sized room but the lock on the door was difficult to open.
